As a key construction project during the 13th Five Year Plan period of Tibet Autonomous Region, Ali and Tibet China power grid interconnection project is the final battle for Tibet Autonomous Region to strive to build a unified power grid, and the world’s top and challenging power transmission and transformation project in Shanghai. After completion and operation, it will mark another prefecture level administrative region of China’s access to the large power grid. It will end the long history of isolated network operation of Ali power grid, effectively improve the reliability of power supply of Ali power grid, form a large channel open to South Asia, promote the development and delivery of clean energy in Tibet, realize a wider allocation of clean energy, and realize the comprehensive interconnection of Tibet power grid.

       Soaring electric won the bid for the construction of “hall, bar 220 kV substation new project” (substation energy storage system project), which is an affirmation of suoying’s technical capacity. After the completion of the project, it will participate in the optimal operation of the power grid with renewable energy stations as a joint venture and accept the power grid dispatching, which is an important part of the grid interconnection project between Ali and Tibet China.
